The Sprinter “Electric Bolt” must be isolated from the Sprinters factory locking system. Please see the rocket switch image above. Rocker switch will only work when vehicles power is on.  This allows you to get in and out of your cargo van conveniently. The electronic deadbolt locks are an internal theft deterrent and comes with warning labels so a would-be thief knows that this vehicle is equipped added security. Cargo Van Locks come with a unique internal drop latch design which holds the deadbolt in its place. The “Electric Bolt” is specifically designed for your Sprinter van.
