Feedback from our customers informed us that there is no good solution for a Transit Connect customer to store their 6 foot step ladder inside the van when equipped with a partition.  Storing the ladder inside the van has a number of advantages including protecting the ladder from the elements and using a ladder rack to accommodate this ladder prevents parking the Transit Connect in a number of parking structures just to name a couple.

Adrian Steel is pleased to announce the availability of the SLPTC – Step Ladder Panels for Transit Connect. This is a simple yet effective solution to store the ladder inside the van. Simply remove the existing rear door panels, snap the new SLPTC panels on and the customer is ready to accommodate their 6’ step ladder. The panels allow for the ends of the ladder to nest in the rear doors while protecting the wiring and locking mechanisms of those doors.
